Music students routinely experience long hours of practice and repetitive movements that can result in physical injury.
Latin for ‘a pause or a breath,’ Caesura is a practice room companion that promotes mindfulness and self-care to prevent injury in young musicians.
Caesura's logo design reflects the infamous 'railway tracks' symbol commonly found in sheet music which denotes the musician to take a brief pause during the performance of the piece.
