As a team of 8 students, we had the opportunity to work with a local community partner,
Family Services of Greater Vancouver. FSGV Adoptions was a licensed, accredited adoption
agency that offered services to birth and adoptive parents throughout BC for over 20 years.
We were given the challenge to attract more birth parents and adoptive parents to
FSGV for their potential adoption journey. Our solution was to position FSGV as an honest,
supportive and trustworthy agency through a brand and web presence refresh.
